Samuel Haest has Joined the Kirkham.IT/IronTech Security Team as Client Experience Manager
Fort Smith, Ark. – Kirkham, Inc., which operates IronTech Security and Kirkham.IT, has added Samuel Haest to its team as Client Experience Manager. In this role, Haest will organize, monitor, and plan the client experience for managed service provider Kirkham.IT and cybersecurity leader IronTech Security.
His responsibilities include improving the experience based on client feedback to ensure the journey is engaging, efficient, and effective. He will work alongside existing clients and contribute valuable insights to provide the best possible user experience.

Bringing a high level of commitment to Kirkham.IT and IronTech Security, Haest will perform account reviews with existing and new clients, work closely with sales executive to execute a smooth sales process, and be the go-to for clients if they have concerns.

Haest was raised in Fort Smith, Arkansas, and studied at the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith. He originally studied business administration, but after two years changed majors when he realized his real passion is focusing on people and business relationships. In December of 2021, Haest graduated with a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership.
Since joining the Kirkham.IT & IronTech Security, Haest has become very passionate about cybersecurity, protecting businesses, and making sure every client has the best experience possible. In his free time, Haest enjoys outdoor activities and trips to Lake Fort Smith.
